One of them opens a BouwSafe account. The other gains access via a link.

The contractor uploads the agreed terms, such as the total construction amount, milestones, and progress invoices, into the account for the client's approval.
After the terms are approved, the client receives a link from BouwSafe to transfer the (full) agreed (partial) contract amount to the escrow account, The BouwSafe.
The contractor can start the project with peace of mind.
The BouwSafe dashboard provides an overview of the (financial) progress of the project at a glance.
This enhances efficiency and ensures that users are always up to date with the latest financial developments in their project.
The contractor uploads a installment invoice into the BouwSafe account for the client’s approval.
Once approval is received, the invoice is automatically paid from BouwSafe.
This makes the payment process efficient and streamlined.
If additional work arises during the project, the contractor enters these extra terms into BouwSafe for approval.
After approval, the client receives a new payment link via BouwSafe to deposit the additional work costs into BouwSafe.
Once these costs are deposited, the contractor knows that there is budget available for the additional work.
Using BouwSafe prevents confusion and misunderstandings regarding additional work.
In the event of a dispute, it is possible to initiate an independent mediation process through BouwSafe.
An independent construction expert examines the dispute and provides a binding report.
